Purchases made using store credit of 50% or more of the total payment value

Non-returnable item types: 

Hair care or accessory products

Liquids, Wig stands

Time frame exceeded: 

Item received by Sassy Mama’s Hair Shoppe after 10 calendar days from original delivery date. 

Condition issues: 

Worn, brushed, altered, or washed items.

Items with missing or removed tags. 

Special circumstance exclusions: 

Items awarded during a giveaway. 

Return Refusal Due to Abuse-

Sassy Mama’s Hair Shoppe reserves the right to refuse return requests in cases where: 

Fraud is suspected 

There is a pattern of return abuse Evidence of manipulative behavior is found 

In such cases, Sassy Mama’s Hair Shoppe retains the right to a corresponding counterclaim.

Important Notes

All returned wigs are thoroughly inspected by our quality control team. 

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing once your return is received. 

If your return does not meet the eligibility requirements, no exchange or credit will be issued and the item will be returned to you. 

Return Shipping Responsibility

Sassy Mama’s Hair Shoppe does not provide return labels. Customers are fully responsible for returning their items at their own expense. 

Condition of Returned Items

All returns must be sent back in the same condition as originally shipped unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging. 

Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused and returned to sender, any fees incurred (e.g., return shipping or handling) will be the customer's responsibility.
